Added a new podcast, the Netezza Performance Server vs Oracle Database Machine podcast.

Also added some additional glossary items and another chapter to the SQL Starter book.

I recently created  sqlstarter.com and database-geek.com.

Keeping busy, that’s for sure.

More in the glossary

Posted: under new content.
Tags: , ,

I have added quite a few new words to the glossary and fixed several misspellings around the site.

My next steps will be to complete the Postgres and MySQL installation guides.  I’m also taking requests for what anyone would like to see written next.

Added Glossary

Posted: under new content.

I have begun the Glossary.  It is really bare bones at this point but I will be adding to it over time. If there is a word you would included, send it to or leave a post here.  The person who gives me the most words (wtih definitions) wins something.  I don’t know what yet but I’ll come up with something decent.
